At the outset, we conduct a thorough analysis of your ideas, objectives, and requirements to gain a deep understanding of your business and strategic plans. Based on this analysis, INTERCOOL develops a comprehensive Master Plan, which includes technical drawings, specifications, and capital investment estimates.
Following the presentation of the Master Plan, final adjustments are made in collaboration with you. Once the plan is approved, we formalize an agreement to proceed with the project.
During this phase, INTERCOOL further evaluates your specific requests and provides expert technical consulting. This includes considerations for layout, internal and external infrastructure, product and personnel flow, hygienic design and segregation, process optimization, and productivity enhancement all aimed at ensuring an efficient and cost-effective production setup.
Based on the approved concept design, INTERCOOL enters into contracts with trusted contractors and suppliers for process equipment, machinery, utility systems, and materials. All procured items meet the required standards for quality and functionality. Our internationally experienced logistics team ensures that all materials are included in the supply scope and are delivered in the most economical and timely manner, complete with all necessary documentation.
INTERCOOL’s skilled supervisors and installation teams manage the installation of all equipment and materials in accordance with the design specifications. Our personnel bring extensive experience in executing complex construction projects, including modern, high-efficiency food processing facilities.
Upon request, INTERCOOL offers after-sales support and spare parts supply in collaboration with our network of reliable local partners, ensuring continued performance and peace of mind.
