About this project

Design, engineering, tender, supervision and commissioning of a brownfield QCT a Quick Chill Tunnel process and new Equalization rooms. The process was designed for 800 pig carcasses/hour and was designed a short process time of only 14 hours and with high considerations to meat quality. The construction area was 2,630 m².
