Design, engineering, tender, supervision and commissioning of a new E E-QCT an Enhanced Quick Chill Tunnel process and refur- bishment of the Equalization rooms. The process was designed for 280 pig carcasses/hour and was designed high considera- tions to meat quality. The construction area was 1,360 m ².
