Design, engineering, tender, supervision and commissioning of a greenfield QCT a Quick Chill Tunnel process and new Equaliza- tion rooms. The process was designed for 500 pig carcasses/ hour and was designed with high considerations to meat quality and low chill loss. The construction area was 2,720 m ².
