We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Ole Damgaard as our new Chief Executive Officer. Ole succeeds Jørgen Brandt Larsen, former CEO of Intercool, who has chosen to embark on a new chapter in his life – retirement. Of course, a person like Jørgen never fully retires; he will now enjoy more time with his horses, his true passion. With tremendous energy and dedication, Jørgen has proudly carried the Intercool banner for the past 25 years, together with Mikael Røjskjær.

Ole brings extensive experience from the food processing industry, acquired over many years at the Danish Meat Research Institute (DMRI), where he most recently served as Director of the former Process Design and Operations Centre. His strong technical insight and global industry perspective make him the ideal leader for this new chapter at Intercool Food Technology.

We are also very pleased to welcome Mr. Niels Conradsen as our new Senior Project Manager. Niels joins us with many years of experience across operational roles, design, and project management. His broad industry background and practical mindset will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen and expand our project capabilities.

Ole and Niels both have a long history with Intercool Food Technology, having previously worked with the company on international projects in countries such as Zimbabwe, Korea, Japan, and Norway. Their return marks an exciting reunion of expertise and vision.

They will join Lars Jacob Kristensen, also from DMRI, who in recent months has been laying the foundation for a revitalized Intercool Food Technology.
