Design, engineering, tender, supervision and commissioning of a greenfield QCT a Quick Chill Tunnel process and new Equalization rooms. The process was designed for 300 pig carcasses/hour and was designed with high considerations to meat quality, low chill loss and comprised also a tempering zone to delay the occurrence of black bones. The construction area was 1,400 M². We demonstrated a chill loss level of 0.91%.
